I’ve been thinking about the Vampire Hunter scone I got at DIYpsi since I finished it and had to send my mom your website! I’m from a family of bakers and now I finally believe I’ve eaten a perfect scone (just… don’t tell my mom)!
Really though, I’m haunted by how you managed to pack so much flavor in while keeping the perfect consistency. Fluffy and a tiny bit toothy but not dry in the slightest, airy without being crumbly, just… Everything! I suspect that you may be in league with the very vampires these scones are set to repel, because only dark kitchen magic can possibly have this power.
Pfft. Who am I kidding? There’s no such thing as a bad kitch’witch. Thank you for such a lovely experience- you’ve certainly gained a fan!
